        What is Adbuka?



        Adbuka is an interests based business and advertising network, interconnecting social networks features and online advertising without the effects of information or advertisements overload. We expect and already recorded several times higher CTR (the percentage of clicks on the ads) in relation to the traditional online ads.



        Problem:


        - Over the 60% Internet users is dissatisfied with online ads, due to little relevance, disturbing methods and privacy violation. (Yankelovich Partners study)

        -Negative trends: CTR from year to year low.





        Solutions:


        - display ads without privacy violation.

        - give to Internet users (perspective consumers) chance to control and select ads by personal preferences and desires.

        - offer to our advertisers ability to place ads only to people who want their products and just in time when desire of purchasing is greatest.





        How big is the Market:

        The biggest growing market today - the online advertisement market in Europe is valued 20.9 billion EUR, and has grow rate of 14.4% annually, even through the grow rate of GDP is only 1.7%. Russia – 55.5%, and Croatia – 40%, Serbia 36% annualy growth rate.

        What specific progress have we made in building the product?

        We have successfully developed Adbuka advertising network.

        We reached an agreement with 30 regional partner's websites that will form our basic ad network and will publish our ads.
        This basic network can public about 100 million Adbuka ads per month in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Italy.
        We protect trademark Adbuka (id: Ž-2011-830/1).




        We compare Adbuka text ads CTRs with Google banner CTR and we record the better results than Google, e.g.:
