The Aspire Trust is an Arts Education Development Agency which has been working since 2002 in the field of creative and innovative support for schools and communities across the world. The company is an independent Social Enterprise, registered charity and company limited by guarantee. There are three key strands to our business’s strategic development: Research and Evaluation, Learning and CPD; and Production and Event Management.

We design, develop and deliver educational conferences, curriculum programmes and professional development packages to international markets. We’ve honed our skills in the education and cultural sectors, by working with everything from schools to universities, and by brokering transformative relationships between creative practitioners such as architects, musicians and scientists with senior managers, teachers, learners and other stakeholders.

Whilst our work has been largely focused within the Merseyside region, we have also extended our activities across the UK and have had active partnership agreements with artists, teachers and organizations in Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Greece, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Italy, Kenya, Portugal, Serbia, South Africa and Uganda in recent years. We are committed to a continual and ongoing internationalism in all aspects of our work.

Since 2009, we have been developing strong, active links with partners across the Balkans and South East and Central Europe, most notably in Serbia and more recently in Bulgaria, Macedonia and Croatia. We now want to extend the reach of those partnerships, scale up that activity and work closely with partners across the region to develop innovative, memorable, challenging and world leading educational development programmes for young people in our respective countries.
